This Traditional Cuban Music Band can range from a duo (2-piece) to septet (7-piece).
On stage, the band is characterised by a high energy, distinctively Cuban sound that blends traditional Cuban music with gifted improvisation. They spontaneously adapt the music to the audience which makes it impossible not be become involved. The addition of sophisticated vocal harmonies and dynamics creates a truly distinctive, fresh and exuberant sound.
The band's repertoire includes all the most popular and traditional rhythms of Cuba, ranging from Son, Cha Cha Cha, Bolero and Rumba, to “Buena Vista Social Club” style of music.
This Band is by anybody’s standard, the Sounds of Cuban Timba in Australia in the true sense of the word, it can range from a Jazz and Blues quartet to an Afro-Cuban Jazz and Timba (10 piece).

The Band synthesis a wider variety of popular and folkloric sources, from international influences such as Jazz, Rock, Disco, Funk and Hip-Hot, as well as local Cuban folklore such as Rumba, Guaguanco, Bata Drums and the sacred songs of Santeria, such as the sticky-Sweaty “Cuban Timba” that’s what it’s about.
